I’ve been a passionate member of the cannabis industry since January 2020, when I opened a retail store that was a part of the second round of lottery winners. I identified a gap in the knowledge of my team, CBD. While they could speak endlessly about high THC products, no one knew what CBD felt like, how to dose it, when it could help or hinder customers. I decided, as a new cannabis consumer, to make this my mission. From there, I was scooped up for my first LP rep role, and grew into my a role with MediPharm Labs, where I had the pleasure of improving the quality of life of our customers across the province of Ontario. These days, I’m overseeing the province with the good people of Muskoka Grown.
Cannabis has provided me with such relief from the pain of scoliosis, IBS, anxiety, persistent nausea and migraines. Minor cannabinoids have truly changed my life. I’m forever indebted to CBD for making me who I am today. After hearing dozens of stories from retailers, customers and industry colleagues, I know the true impact cannabis, and minor cannabinoids can have on mental and physical health. Breaking the stigma and ensuring all people (of legal age) have access to this life saving medicine is a mission I am grateful for.
